How long will my order take to be delivered in the post?
Due to the influx of sale period parcels expected within the postal network, we cannot provide exact delivery timeframes. Please follow the tracking link sent upon dispatch for updated ETAs.
Are you able to offer me the same November Sale discount that retailers are offering?
We do not have control over retailer pricing and, therefore, cannot offer similar discounts.
If I purchase an item during the November Sale but undertake a change-of-mind refund later, will I still receive the 20% discount on my new purchase choice?
No, the 20% discount strictly ends at 11:59 pm GMT, Friday, 15th November. New purchases after this date will not be applicable for the discount.
When is the November Sale period?
ABI Interiors’ November Sale runs from 6:00 pm GMT Sunday, 10th November, 2024, to 11:59 pm GMT Friday, 15th November. Orders placed outside of this period are not included in the sale, and the discount will not be honoured.
What promotional discount is applied during the November Sale?
We offer 20% off* on selected products during the 2024 November Sale. The discount code ABI20OFF will only be valid for the November Sale. Please note that the discount is only available on in-stock or backorder products and does not apply to out-of-stock items. Sale items, gift cards, and Interior Mist, are also excluded from the sale. To avoid disappointment, ensure that you read our terms and conditions at the bottom of the page.
Is the promotional discount automatically applied at checkout?
Yes, the 20% promotional discount is automatically applied to eligible products at checkout.
Can I combine other promotional discount codes during the November Sale?
No, you can use only one promotional discount code per order at checkout. You won’t be able to combine other discounts (e.g., Email sign-up discounts).
Will I still receive free shipping if the 20% discount reduces my cart total below £500?
No, free shipping applies only to purchases over £500, calculated after the promotional discount has been applied.
If I add items to my shopping cart with the promotional discount applied but pay for these items after the November period, will I still receive the 20% discount?
No, please ensure full payment is processed during the November Sale period to secure your discounted purchase.
Is there an ‘early access’ period for the November Sale?
Our Perth Showroom will have exclusive early access to our 20% Off* Sale in-store only from Saturday, 9th November, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm AWST, and Sunday, 10th November, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm AWST. This is the only limited 'early access' relative to ABI Interiors. Our sale will be available to all customers starting Sunday, 10th November, at 6:00 pm GMT.

Technically, Black Friday lasts for 24 hours. However, this varies across different businesses. The period generally lasts over the weekend following the Friday and into Cyber Monday. There are also many pre-Black Friday sales leading up to the date.

ABI Interiors ‘November Sale’ discount is applicable for valid purchases made online at abiinteriors.co.uk, in our showroom, or via our team through phone, email or online chat. All mentions of ‘November Sale’ and ‘Black Friday Sale’ throughout any marketing collateral by ABI Interiors are associated explicitly with the ABI Interiors sale period running from Sunday, 10th November 2024 to Friday, 15th November 2024. The discount will apply equally to each individual item in an order and cannot be redeemed for cash or a refund on a previous order, nor can it be used in conjunction with any other offer. The discount is valid across ABI’s full-priced item range with the exception of:

The purchase of gift cards, out-of-stock items, and already reduced items is also excluded. Free shipping applies to all purchases over £500.
