The Pixi Tile Insert Shower Channel Waste 800mm is a contemporary drainage fixture that seamlessly blends into your surrounding tiles for a discreet, effortless look.
Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel and coloured with our industrial-grade PVD electro-colouring system, this tile floor waste features an adjustable tray design in order to accommodate a range of tile thicknesses.
Please Note:
– The tile insert is suitable for tiles between 8-20mm.
– This shower channel works best with a 90mm floor waste trap.
– An experienced licenced plumber must install this shower channel at the rough-in stage, complying with local regulations.
– The installation guide must be referred to before installation to maintain the warranty.

What type of coating is used on this product, is it durable?
ABI's Heat Shield – Industrial grade PVD electro colouring system - This is the most durable finish available on the market, the same process is used to strengthen the end of drill bits.
Can this product be used externally?
We don’t currently have a warranty that covers external use however due to its stainless steel construction it would be our most suitable product for exterior use. The PVD coating would be more susceptible to damage however the structural integrity of the floor waste will be fine.
What range of tile thicknesses is possible with this waste?
The Pixi Tile Insert Channel Waste can accommodate tiles between 8mm-20mm thick (inc. adhesives/ waterproofing layers). Please refer to the installation guide, as this figure differs between installation types.

What range can the waste height be adjusted to?
The Pixi Tile Insert Channel Waste height can be adjusted between 70mm – 150mm. Please refer to the spec drawing for further information.
What is the best way to clean the Pixi Tile Insert Channel Waste?
To clean your waste, use the ‘top tray removal key’ to remove the top tray and clean out any hair or soap residue. Wipe down with a mild liquid detergent or soap and water.
